Introducing SLABKRETE™ 100 FS: Fast-Setting Urethane Cement Built for Demanding Environments

We’re excited to announce the launch of SLABKRETE™ 100 FS, the first urethane cement flooring product within the SLABHARD® product brand.

Engineered for industrial and commercial environments where downtime isn’t an option, SLABKRETE™ 100 FS is a fast-setting, heavy-duty urethane cement flooring product designed to withstand thermal shock, chemical exposure, and heavy traffic day after day.

Applied at 3/16″–1/4″, SLABKRETE™ 100 FS delivers rapid return-to-service while maintaining strong adhesion to properly prepared concrete substrates. Its flowable slurry consistency allows for even coverage, with the option to broadcast aggregate for added slip resistance in demanding environments.

Built for Performance Where It Matters Most

SLABKRETE™ 100 FS is ideal for facilities that require durability, sanitation, and long-term reliability, including:

  • Food & beverage processing facilities
  • Commercial kitchens and prep areas
  • Breweries, wineries, and dairies
  • Pharmaceutical and clean-manufacturing environments
  • Chemical processing areas
  • Cold-storage and refrigerated spaces
  • Heavy industrial traffic zones

The system is formulated to support aggressive cleaning and sanitation processes, offers low odor and VOC-compliant performance, and provides excellent resistance to thermal cycling and chemical exposure.

Designed for System Flexibility

SLABKRETE™ 100 FS is compatible with a range of commercially available topcoats used to enhance UV stability, gloss, cleanability, and long-term protection. This includes select SLABHARD® products, as well as other appropriate topcoat technologies commonly specified over urethane cement flooring systems, allowing contractors and specifiers flexibility based on project requirements.

Available in in-stock and special-order colors, SLABKRETE™ 100 FS is supplied in pre-measured kits to ensure consistency and ease of installation.

SLABKRETE™ 100 FS is available now.
